Chemical pregnancy with CGH tested embryos

It's my first time posting here. I just learned today that my beta HCG is 11 (10dp5dt). My HCG three days ago was 16 (7dp5dt), so this is likely a chemical pregnancy.
This is my first IVF. I'm 38. We did CGH testing and transferred one 6-day chromosomally normal 5BB embryo in a natural FET cycle. My lining, according to my RE, was "perfect" (11.3 on day of ovulation). I did Lovenox and baby aspirin. I was also put on Dexamethasone to reduce immune response. After transfer I did acupuncture and rested the first 24 hours and did only light activity 2 days after.
I don't know what could have caused it. Anyone could share some experience on why one could have a chemical with chromosomal normal embryos? I thought I did everything I could. I'm heartbroken that I won't be able to see my frostie baby eventually.
And is there a possibility of this being an ectopic pregnancy? How are these two diagnosed at this early stage? I don't think I'll likely get any symptoms of ectopic but I did read ectopic is more likely to happen in IVF and it could be related to how the procedure is done. Knowing which one could give me more information on what went wrong.
And anyone with a positive/negative experience on IVF with CCS'd embryos? I'd love to hear your thoughts so I could possibly do better next time.

Unfortunately, losses remain possible even with CGH embryos. There are many possibilities. Some of them are (1) an incorrect test result, possibly due to mosaicism (mosaicism occurs when some cells are euploid and others are aneuploid, and is not unusual); (2) other embryonic issues (your embryo was grade B for ICM and grade B for trophectoderm, and it was also frozen and thawed); (3) possible issues with uterine receptivity (yes, it's possible, even in cycles using frozen and thawed embryos); and (4) an imperfect transfer placing the embryo in a poor location. Nobody really knows.

With the values falling like that this early, it's probably not ectopic. But that's just a guess and it's obviously up to your clinic to decide. Follow all of their instructions.
