Please help. I'm confused - slight bleeding Day 8 after ET

I had my embryo transfer on the 17th May and on the 25th May started with brown discharge and light bleeding. This has now stopped and I did do a pregnancy test today as I was worried the ivf did not work. It was negative.. do I still stand a chance of success? I really don't know how to feel. I am supposed to test on Friday.
