My partner and I were trying to start a family of our own. As we are a same sex couple, the obstacles to overcome were numerous. We opted for an egg donor agency, Fertility Care SA recommended by a friend here in Spain. It is really hard to place your trust not mentioning hopes, of having children in people who are half a world away. There are so many doubts that crept into our minds about whether it would end in disappointment, and loss of amount of money. But the director Mbali Lechler always stayed true to her words, and was always prompt to deal with any concerns we had.
We will never thank Mbali enough. Neither our wonderful surrogate. She is expecting twins, due date: December. We are so excited!
