Difficult frozen embryo transfer. ...help!

I had two grade 4BB blastocyst transferred today. The first attempt was very difficult and a tennaculum was used as well as several different catheters were attempted. After about 15 minutes my doctor asked to take a break and then about four hours later I was put under light sedation and the transfer was able to be completed. Has anyone else had a similar situation and had a positive outcome? Please let me know I'm worried that my two little embryos won't implant because of the difficult transfer.
