hi i am new to this i would just like to ask if there is anybody out there the same as me,i was told i had primary ovary failure at the age of 17 i am now 33 and been on hrt some years and as the years go by you wonder what is happening to your body the doctors just say you must be on this and that is it end of story.tests were done at the begining then nothing else just tablets well first the pill then hrt.i hope there is someone else out there in the same boat as me.and does anyone know what amenorrhoea is,thanks holly.

Hi Holly<br><br>Sorry to hear that you are have prem menopause..life is so unfair isn't it? My clinic are going to check me for that in the next month or 2 - as my FSH is gettting higher and higher as each month passes and we have had 2 failed icsis and ttc for 2.5 years.<br>As for amenorrhoea is I believe that it is a fancy way of saying no periods.<br><br>Good luck with your venture<br><br>love Becky B

hi becky thanks for your reply life is a ***** isnt it the things it puts you through i hope all goes well for you and things just get better and hopefully your fsh levels are just having a blip at the moment,i had not thought that i would not be able to have children when i was early teens just a late developer and then at 17 to be told thats it you have been there do that and menopause been and gone was a suprise and at 17 you just dont take on the big picture but as i get older i think it gets a bigger picure and more to think about,once again thanks for your reply.Holly

In relation to your question, most issues with
male sperm can be fixed somehow. Issues with azoospermia (no sperm in ejaculate) can generally be fixed through a number of means........dietry, cutting out alcohol, taking selenium, vit e.
