My doctor put me on the pill because I had a cyst. It took a month and a half, but finally it was gone. He also put me on the pill because I had a polyp on my uterus. I took it before and after the surgery. He said to be able to slow the bleeding.
Most RE's are putting patients on BC to control their cycle prior to a transfer or procedure. It is easier to know where you are in your cycle to plan future dates for u/s, blood work, etc. Also, it is great for pts who have unpredictable cycles.
Thanks everyone
I actually was talking to another girl, she was put on the BC as well and she is now 8 weeks pregnant!!!! Yeah!!! So I am very excited about this cycle. I'm on the 21 day pack and started Monday.
Thanks again it's nice to know we're not alone
If you are facing any problem regarding your health then pill is the right way to avoid it. But don't eat it according to your own thinking. Always take advice from Doctor while you are eating the pill.
not sure why your doctor gave you valium. I gave birth to my child 2 years ago and approximately 2 or 3 months after I gave birth my behavior changed dramatically. My husband told me that there's something wrong with me and it is surely not a normal behavior of a 2-3 months mother. I went to he doc. who diagnosed me with anxiety and that's how I ended up being put on Valium. works well, I'm fine now. the reason why I am here is because I want to have my second child and I am not sure whether it is safe to take Valium while pregnant. I'm searching for answers. I just want to be prepared until I will have the next visit to my doc.
