I am new to IVF. I was told this last week that only way to conceive is with IVF. Because my tubes are closed up with scar tissue from a previous c-section and D&C. I was also diagnosed with Incompetent Cervix, had a boy at 23 weeks and set of twins at 15 weeks. But with a pervious cerclage I was able to deliver my daughter at 29 weeks, she is 5 now and doing great.
My doctor recommended that before I become pregnant again, to put in a Trans Abdominal Cerclage, which is supposed to be better and stronger.
Anyways my question is: I am scheduled to have the surgery to place my TAC in the middle of December. But I am very anxious to start my first round of IVF. Does anyone know how long I will have to wait after my TAC to start IVF?
