I have one child. I used IVF and my own eggs for her. I really want a second child now and realize I will need donor eggs. I tried with my own 5 years ago but was unsuccessful. I can't shake the need for a second child.
Is it too late. Are their clinics where the recipient can be older?

Hi Lynniecat, yes, you can definitely be accepted in Ukraine. They don't have age limit. Their legislation is also more flexible than others. You can contact clinics there to know more information. As far as I know they have egg donors databases and affordable packages. You can also find other threads about Ukraine clinics.

I am a mother of healthy twins after a successful IVF 5 years ago at this clinic. Now I'm expecting a third child through a surrogate mother.

From what I know IVF clinics in Poland, Czech Rep, Greece and Spain don't limit the age. If you want to know more reviews, you might visit fertilityfriends co uk, the biggest fertility and infertility support community in Europe. x

The USA has no regulation on the age of donor egg recipients. However, most centers will have some limit based on reasonable ethics. Hello Linie! Age is obviously a factor in order to get pregnant. You did not mention your age so that is why I cannot give you any perfect suggestion. According to your story it is good to visit a clinic as soon as possible. Do not waste more time as you are aged. You will also get a egg donor if you will go to a good clinic soon. Ba bye!

Hello girls! Thank you for sharing your stories. I'm 40 and I'm also looking into this option. I'm new to donor eggs. I really need your help! How did you find donor? Is there an option of choosing donor? I mean I'd like to choose donor who looks like me. Is that possible? I asked my sister to be our donor. Unfortunately she refused. Where is better to do this procedure? I hope you will help me. There is much information in the internet but it makes me even more confused... I think it would be better to talk with someone who experienced this procedure.

Hi there dear. As far as the donor is concerned, many clinics will offer those, I think. However, the bigger issue is whether you wil be abe to carry or not? Have you considered opting for surrogacy instead? This way your age won't be a problem. There is a clinic in Ukraine which offers great surrogacy services. You could look into that.
