fitness infertility?

Hi people, I liked the forum so much that I thought on give it a try and ask for your help. So I am at a lost at my situation, I am an athlete and do really hard work on the field for competitions, I love fitness and eat healthy, but I’ve been struggling in getting pregnant and I’ve been trying for 8 months now. I know I am in perfect condition and my partner is too but then the problem is why is so difficult to get pregnant? I hope that some of you could help me and give me some advice. Is this normal or have you ever heard of something similar?

Infertility can be very unfair you know... Sometimes even the healthiest of people undergo infertility. I know, sad but that the truth we live in. However I don't think you should lose hope. We don't know for sure whether what your dealing with is infertility. First of all go to a doctor. They'll do the needed examinations and then they'll know for sure. If you don't want to do that just yet. Try new methods! Really, even position matters. Read about fertile sex positions. SOmetimes all you need is a small change. I really, really hope that's the case. If that fails you too... Then theres nothing left but to go to the doctor. I wish you good luck. I hope this was helpful anyhow! Much love xx
