Hi there, there are a number of choices when it comes to fertility treatments. Take advice from your doctor who can come up with a treatment plan, starting with the least invasive option.

Hello, I and my husband too faced a similar situation, we took advice from our doctor who initially suggested us fertility drugs, Clomid for me and Letrozole for my husband. We took these medications for over a year before I got pregnant.

Hi, there are many treatment options for fertility. You can take fertility drugs or undergo surgery. Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is another treatment option. IVF is another option if you have very low to nil sperm count or blocked fallopian tubes. You can even consider surrogacy. Consult your doctor. All the very best.

Hey there,

There are some great responses here...

My husband and I are in the same condition. I've just had a nice conversation with a member here. He also suggested a few options. If you'll could please look at my thread here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=26789 and advice on what I can do in the future, I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you very much in advance... Wishing you all loads of baby dust... :D

In this advanced world there are numerous treatments for infertility. The well known and effective methods are as follows:
1. Fertility Drugs: Clomiphene and gonadotropins, the most commonly used fertility drugs, regulate your reproductive hormones. Most women use them for three to six months before conceiving or trying a different kind of treatment. 30 to 40 % women conceive by their third treatment cycle.
2. Surgery: Surgery can help fix genetic defects, open blocked fallopian tubes, remove fibroids, remove the tissue of endometriosis, and treat PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). The success rate depends upon the health condition and respond to surgery.
3. Intrauterine insemination (IUI): In this process, a partner or donor sperm is deposited into the uterus using a catheter. IUI with fertility medication (Clomid): average success rates range from 8% to 15% per cycle for patients under 35 to 2% to 5% for patients over 40.
4: In vitro fertilization (IVF): In IVF, eggs are removed from your ovaries and then combined with sperm in a laboratory transferred to the uterus. The success rate is 40-31% for age 34 to 37 and 11- 21% for age 42-38. Basically success depends upon age factor. Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) can be added with IVF.

Every woman wants to be a mother once in her lifetime. But its sad some of the women never get the chance to get pregnant or conceive naturally. I was one of them before undergoing infertility treatment. I had blocked fallopian tubes and was unable to conceive. I struggled for a very long time but never get positive results. One of my friends suggests me about IVF but I never take her seriously because this is a very big thing for me at that time. Then my husband convinced me and I was ready because I and he wants a baby and wants to enjoy parenthood. We Searched a lot about IVF and ended up meeting BioTexCom clinic in Ukraine. According to my health condition and because I have blocked fallopian tubes they suggest me to undergo IVF. It was again a struggle for me but after the third cycle, I get pregnant. The treatment is not painful at all and has a very good success rate. I must say this is worth waiting for. Every woman should not stop dreaming about the children and don't be disheartened ever because now I understand there is no absolute infertility. hope my story inspires someone and they also get a chance to enjoy parenthood. Good Luck.

I would avoid Ukraine. At least one clinic there uses deceptive advertising practices on these message boards.

I would also avoid surrogacy unless it was absolutely necessary. It's expensive and there have been numerous legal nightmare stories following surrogacy.

Some posters on these boards occasionally post that "surrogacy is the best option". Very probably they really mean it is the most profitable option for the Ukraininan clinic that pays them to post here.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

It depends on a factor and related issues, as e.g. age. There are lots of options, as even healthy life style and taking supplements. In case of severe male or female factor you might consider undergoing IVF, IVF with PGS NGS or IVF with DE.

My console to all the couples who are struggling with infertility. It is just a disgusting feeling when you are trying to have a baby but nothing works. I say so because I've gone through all this. Not having a child is world's worst feeling. But with advances in science, everything seems to be possible. After a very long struggle, I was able to get pregnant with the help of IVF treatment. I and my DH are completely fine except my blocked fallopian tubes. I had no other health issue, so IVF was the one option for us. There is the number of other treatment like IVF with donor egg/donor sperm, IUI, ICSI, Ivf with PGD & surrogacy. Your RE will suggest you one of the treatments according to your health condition. So, firstly choose a authentic clinic and consult about your problem Then go ahead with the chosen treatment. Good Luck to everyone.

Hi there. There are a number of solutions available. However, they all depend upon your condition. What is the issue with you? Do provide some more information. We can't really recommend anything like this. Also, the best course of action would be to visit a fertility specialist first. Good luck!

Well you have allot of options. It depends upon what kind of issues you are facing. You can use IUI, trigger shots, embryos tests. If nothing works you can use donor eggs. You can use surrogacy as well. It is also very helpful method.
