Can I do natural cleanse while waiting for my IVF cycles

Have any of you guys heard about natural cleanse? I recently had an IVF cycle. Unluckily that was unsuccessful. One of my friends recommended me natural cleanse. According to her it’s a natural cleanse, it will detoxify your body. Improve your fertility also. Is this true? Can detoxifying your body improves fertility. Can I do natural cleanse while waiting for my IVF cycles

I’ll say do it if your doctor says to.

Most things like that are irrelevant to IVF outcome, but might help to provide a positive and ready attitude.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
