Hi, just wanted to know did anyone do IVF and what was the success rate? I am 34 and going to be transferring 2 embryos later this year. Doctors told me it’s a 65% success.
Hi, first of all best of luck to you. I am much older than you and was told that I have 60% success rate as I was transferring one embryo. The success rate is slightly higher with 2 embryos. I became pregnant with twins but lost one. Now I am 30 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby.
Hi, success rate of IVF is determined by many factors such as your age, level of complication and competence of the infertility clinic are the main. About 22% women undergoing IVF have reported live births. I read it on Google.
Medically speaking it all depends on you. You see some women have as much as a 90% chance. Some other however have less than 60%. TO give clear example: a woman who hits the gym everyday, eats healthy and has a general healthy life will have around 70% chances. At the other hand another woman who smokes, doesn't give a dman about her health, her chances can be reduced to 30 or even less. So it's all up to you again. If there's time left for you, I would highly recommend that you start living healthy. I work as a nurse. I am legally obliged to tell you to visit a doctor however. For everything you want to do! Just go to you doctor and talk to him about it. If he doesn't listen, switch clinic. You deserve the best treatment you can get. I wish you all the luck in the world on your journey. May god help you!
The highest success rate of IVF can be 80% up to the age of 40. Some clinics have attained the excellence in IVF to take it to a level of guaranteed pregnancy.
I was 38 when I did my first cycle and my fertility specialist told me 65% success over two cycles. I have done 3 transfers and all bfn, so I guess I was in 35%. There are different success rates, especially going into a first cycle, you never know what will happen. All the best.
I am 40 years old. I have conceived two times but cannot make it till the end. I then started IVF because I have lost my Fallopian tube. I want to be pregnant. But with every cycle, I got more disappointed. I do not know the way out. My husband is very supportive. But due to my attitude, he feels so alone. I want to change it. I did not find anything positive in IVF. I am still unable to get pregnant. My home is really disturbed. I want to change the things this is the reason I am here. Please give me positive advice.
@ MarryHanna I am sorry you are going through this. Have you discussed with yr doc the reasons why yr IVF-s failed? Further steps mainly depend on issues you have. If implantation failure/genetics is the issue, I would recommend considering IVF PGS NGS, if ovarian reserve is the matter, I would advise to consider IVF with donor eggs. Good luck
I am so sorry to listen to that. I also find no luck in IVF. After every cycle, it was really painful for me to face the negative report every time. I want to get out of it. I am infertile now. I have 3 miscarriages history. Which is also a depressing. My husband told me about surrogacy. At first, I refuse to go for that. But when I noticed that IVF is not giving any result. I got agree for surrogacy. Now I am all set for surrogacy. One of my friends told me that clinic in Ukraine is doing good in this regard.
I have already 3 children. Three deliveries were smooth. I want a fourth baby now. For that, we tried every method. IVF was not our priority. We do not want an adopted child. This is the reason we are now switching on surrogacy. This is the best method to have a baby. We are excited about the journey. One of our friends has a girl from surrogacy. He is really happy to have her. So we are also planning to go to Ukraine. Need suggestions.

Wish you luck for your treatment. Hope everything will be fine. I also underwent IVF because my fallopian tubes are blocked. My dr also told me the same about success rate. But they assure me to give positive results. I have undergone 3 cycles & get results in the third cycle. So, the doctor's saying is right. All I want to suggest is to stay strong and positive. When I decided about having IVF, I made things clear in my mind that I want a baby, My DH supports me throughout. Hope you also get something positive.
Hi Ladies!
My first IVF effort failed. Moreover, doctor said the problem related to my own eggs. So I started thinking about IVF with egg donor.I decided to search for the best and affordable clinics abroad. I was adviced that Ukraine is leading country in the field of infertility treatmnet. Plus there are no age limits for IVF.So I decided to try my luck with Babyboom clinic in Kiev.
The first trial was already a success.

I would avoid Ukraine because centers there have used deceptive advertising on these boards, employing shills to post here under various sock accounts pretending to be patients.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
