Hi ladies. I want to hear some suggestions. I am unable to have a child. Unexplained infertility. I don't have a lot of patience. So, I don't think I want to go for IVF or IUI etc. They take way too long. On top of that, there are no guarantees that it will work. So, what other options do I have? I was thinking of adoption or surrogacy. I don't have any particular preference. I am open to both options. Which ones better? What are the pros and cons of both? I am looking forward to hearing about your experiences too.

There is no way to use a surrogate without IVF or IUI, and it also lacks the guarantee you seek.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
Not sure if you can skip it all to head straight to surrogacy. Usually, the National health programmes will go step by step only i.e. IUI then IVF if that fails and they will refer you to surrogacy. Even if you go private clinic they ask for medical records that prove your infertility and suggest that perhaps surrogacy is the only way out. That's as far as I know. Plus, you can't be certain that the IUI or IVF won't work just because you have unexplained infertility - it still has equal chances. WHat happens is that when there's an unexplained infertility, in most of the cases the cause is there but it's undetected till you move to a more advanced procedure that includes advanced screening. People go on with multiple MCs and only get to know that it's possible some chromosomal defect only when they get to PGD during IVF. I know it's hard to be patient with the whole length of fertility aid one after the other and it could even take years - best things in life do take a while just hold on taking it from that perspective. Who knows maybe it's not as far as you're expecting it to be.
IVF is better. But you will have to undergo egg collection procedure. and I have heard it is quite painful. but the chances of you getting pregnant are much higher than with iui.
Good luck!
