There is no "best country". It's more complex than that.

The United States has the greatest success rates. This is pretty well-known and documented. But the US is also the most expensive, by far, and some US centers increase their success rates by transferring multiple embryos, increasing the risk of multiple pregnancy and a host of associated medical risks.

Some countries have excessive restrictions on IVF. Some do not allow egg donor cycles, gestational carrier cycles, or even embryo freezing.

I agree with you ghost. Better the clinic.In USA the treatment is very expensive and they are more successsful because they do not have a limit in the number of fetuses that they transfer. But there are aloso clinics in Europe that are very good and successful. Before I decide, i searched a lot. Greece is a country with quite flexible laws on IVF. They allow everything, egg donation, sperm donation, etc. Thus, they do everything and they are very experienced and with high success rates. That is why I chose to go to Crete in Crete Fertility Centre in Heraclion for my procedure.

If a woman needs undergoing ivf with pgs ngs, then Poland (particularly the top clinic in Gdansk) is the best option. If a woman needs high quality and affordable ivf de, then Czech clinics are only way to go.

Hi, it's pity to know that there are so many such troubles. But on the other hand, each year there are more and more parents who got their treatment, who realized they have enough strength to continue the fight. And time by time I meet many stories when the treatment works. It's really great to know about that. And we all need to share experience. Few years ago I met the woman at my work. She had "unexplained infertility". She wasn't scared, she just knew what she got to do. And she never accepted defeat. She started looking for specialists which could help her. And she also started to look for clinic abroad. There are many variants, but it's very difficult to find the best. Hi! Treatment in USA is definitely more expensive than in some countries in Europe or Asia. I would advise you to apply to New Life clinic in Ukraine. Country is very nice, it was a very wonderful journey. For me personally it was a nice time, I was surprised at level of politeness, was very satisfied with kind and knowledgeable doctors. One of my friends told me about Ukraine. This is the best place with a lot of advantages. You can take an accommodation if you are from another country. The prices are very affordable. I am planning to go there for surrogacy. As they have the option of surrogacy too. I am infertile from last 8 years. I was having an infection in my uterus. This is the reason doctors have to remove that. But after that chances to become a mother were less. So I decided to go for surrogacy. As my husband is from Japan and he needs a lot of children. It's my fourth child which I am planning to take from surrogacy.

If a woman desires to undergo top notch infertility treatment, then the US is one of the best choice, although infertility treatment at American IVF clinics is the most expensive. If someone needs to have IVF DE, then I would recommend considering Poland, Czech Rep, Spain or Cyprus. If a woman needs to undergo affordable IVF, I would advise to visit Czech Rep, but if IVF PGS NGS – then Poland. I have no lots of info on surrogacy, but from what I have read, ladies usually consider going to clinics in Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and the US (the most expensive)

Its good to know that you are in good fertile health so you have more chances to get pregnant but as your husband has low sperm count then there are very low chances to conceive naturally.But don't get worried for it because Ivf is the best option for it.
