Hii dear,
I can understand your condition because my sister had also faced the same condition. But don't get disappointed there are a number of options are available to treat infertility like IVF, IUI, surrogacy. But it depends upon your health condition which is one better for you.My sister had got the surrogacy from the clinic that is biotexcom which was successful. For this, you need to consult with a specialist so that they can suggest you in a better way which one is better for you.But Before starting any treatment you need to check the success rates of the clinic and it should be licensed so that there cannot create any problem during the process.Good Luck!!!!

Daizy4727 is another of many sock accounts advertising for Ukrainian clinics. Avoid Ukrainian clinics for the reasons in my signature.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
I'm so sorry about your situation. If you've been trying to get pregnant for a year without success it's time to get help. Your first stop should be at your regular gynecologist. Your partner may also want to see urologist. You don't need to go straight to a fertility clinic. In fact, most clinics prefer you have a referral from your primary gynecologist or physician.
The next step is some basic fertility testing. This includes blood work for the woman and a semen analysis for the man. Make sure your partner has the semen analysis before you start treatment! Clomid can't help you if there are male factors involved. Depending on your symptoms, testing may also include an HSG, vaginal ultrasound, or diagnostic laparoscopy. These tests may or may not lead to a fertility diagnosis. Sometimes, finding out what's wrong exactly takes time.
Depending on the results of your fertility tests, your gynecologist may recommend treatment. If basic fertility treatment isn't successful, or if your test results suggest treatments that go beyond your gynecologist's purview, you may be referred to a fertility specialist. This usually means finding and choosing a fertility clinic. Be sure when calling fertility clinics to be clear on how much the initial consultation costs and discuss the fees ahead of time for any recommended tests or treatments. Consider travel and lost work time if you're looking at clinics far away. I hope you’ll find the reason of your inability to conceive asap. So you could do right steps which will lead you to parenthood!
I'm so sorry you have problems with your ttc. First of all you should visit a doctor. You should check your fertility to know what is wrong with you. Your husband should do the same. You’ll know for sure what the reason of your inability to conceive. Then you will be able to move on. I hope you will find answers to your questions! I wish you good luck!
Number of reproductive treatments are available to treat the infertility like IVF, Surrogacy,Egg donation with IVF and IUI. IVF is a good option for all the couples who are trying to conceive for a long time but cannot get pregnant. One of my colleague also got the IVF from biotexcom in Ukraine which was success .They provides the different packages according to treatment for which you are opt. These packages are very beneficial who cannot afford the expenses of treatments. My colleague also got the IVF through the a economical package in which included cost of each and everything needed for the whole process until you get the success. She told me that Before starting the process, the doc had check the health condition of her by some medical tests. So that there cannot occur any problem later or during the process. They also gives the assurance of success. They find all altranative solutions for the problem but If they find any kind of problem they directly say no. They gives the value to the patient more than money.I like it very much how they take care of their patients. The staff of clinic was very supportive and always available there for help. They provide all kind of services that are needed to keep body healthy and for the healthy pregnancy. Don’t wait for more time and go for the treatment. If you get the baby through IVF it will be the reason of happiness of your family. Without child a family is incomplete. You can also go for surrogacy it is a also a good option for all who cannot get pregnant. Don’t get Stress and hope for the best. Hope you get the positive results and feel the hapiness of motherhood .Everything will be fine, Keep faith in God. Have a wonderful life and Stay Blessed.

If you've been TTC and that failed for a significantly long time (around 12-15 months) then you should head to a Dr to diagnose if there's infertility or the failures are simply matter of chance. Knowing that you both have 'infertility" won't help any of us to figure out what treatment you should take up. You need to know the reason for infertility first if you don't know that already. Oh! assumptions don't work in telling you the cause so don't bestow on it either... only diagnosis does. For instance, if it's your egg quality the treatment will be different and if it's Sperm morphology the treatment will be different. Also, it's too early to pay heed to any "go for IVF" or "suggesting surrogacy" really... you don't know what's causing infertility. There are several infertility types that do not need assisted fertility and certain medications and lifestyle changes are enough to get you pregnant. Even if you want to skip the years of trial and error you certainly can't jump to surrogacy right away... the laws don't allow it no matter the land. Wish you luck finding and fighting your infertility!
