I am going to start the IU I Process, I need all the help

I am about to embark down the IUI road. I need to get all the information possible, please. I will be paying out of pocket, there is no insurance, unfortunately .
Please enlighten me as to everything I will be facing as far as costs, the steps, medication. Etc.....

I wish you the best on your IUI journey. As far as the costs are concerned, every place is different. I know that my clinic was $2000 for the procedure. I've heard of other clinics being less expensive also. The medication protocol you are on will determine the costs associated with the medications. I know the cost can be very overwhelming but just think of what you hopefully get in return

Hi! I have done 4 IUI's. Don't let my 4 times make you nervous. There are lots of women that it has worked for them the first time. It's always a good place to start. As far as cost...it depends on the clinic. Mine were about $2000. I didn't do meds at all with 2 of them....they were natural cycle. The other 2 were IVF cycles that were cancelled and we did IUI's because I had only produced one egg.

An IUI is no big deal. It's like a normal pap....maybe a little uncomfortable....but quick. I'm sure that your RE will tell you, but be sure to have intercourse the next couple of days after....just to be sure.

Do you mean mesotherapy treatment to ovaries? From what I have read IVF clinics in Poland and Cyprus are very good at this.
