Congratulations Helen and welcome to James and Thomas - fab names and good weights (my two were 6lb 2 and 6lb 4 so very similar)!

Don't be scared about being home with your boys. It's amazing how quickly you adjust to having two extra people around all of the time; I can't remember much about life before twins. I imagine that you'll be finding that you don't have a lot of time for yourself at the moment but it won't always be like that ... at least until they reach the age of 2 and stop having daytime naps, but you've a while to go before then!

Enjoy being a Mummy.

Dear Helen,
Congratulations! I am very happy for you! I guess it is only human and very normal to be scared but I am sure you will get used to taking care of your precious babies pretty soon.
love,
