Hi Ogr 1, me 36 on 21 aug, dh 38. 3 ivf's failed due to poor response and no fertilisation. Gave up for two years, only posted on this site recently as I'm new, snooped on site for over two years but really glad I started posting. Tried to beat myself up a bit about the two years of doing nothing, but I guess that is how much all this takes from us. Trying to get my act together re being an egg reciever. Will put myself on list, but going to have another go at some point with own eggs. I usually have high f.s.h but i believe in alternative medicine to get it down it worked for me with reflexology but fancy acupuncture this time, money permitting... :x Me I get mad at how things turn out for people that want things with all their heart, for all the highs and lows(including my fsh!) When I read all the posts I really feel what they must be feeling, at whatever stage they are at, we all would like the same +++++++result. :D :D :D love Jjj

Hi Becky, Sounds like you are really busy. Your place sounds like the Waltons! I grew up on that programme...... Anyway at the moment I have a busy two weeks working then we are away to Spain for nine days hols which I really need. When I get back I am going to make an appointment to go back to clinic to start if they will allow all over again  I need to get the fsh down and what usually does that is reflexology, expensive but it works for me. Probs I have aswell as not producing enough eggs is no fertilisation, hence deciding about recieving donors eggs. Lists in Uk are atleast two years, so I think It best to atleast go on the list and see whilst I have treatment with own eggs. :) I was signed onto a American site for egg recieving just for 24 hrs to look at the donors they seemed really good but when I checked the fees  so I will have to see. Have you ever recieved donor eggs? Anyway, hope the wedding goes well and that the younger boys sort their differences :D Love Jjj

i grew up watching the waltons and little house on the praie :!:
i loved both of those shows.
we have a toatl of 5 adopted 4 boys and one girl.
oldest is 23 and the youngest is 10 :?
it does get crazy around here.

most of the kids that we have gotten have been in alot of foster homes or treatment places. so they dont trust very much.
have you ever been to spain before?
you will have to take some photos and e-mail them to me.

for our ivf we went threw doctor robins in spokane wa. they have been great there. i think that they had ssaid that donor eggs was 2,500 plus her meds. donated embies where cheaper.
i have seen on the board where women have posted about donating eggs and wanted to know if anyone was entrested.

i hope you have a great time.

We went to spain two years ago, it was nice. Just looking forward to the break. Got a few things to do after holiday before I hopefully cycle again including getting the money together. Health and to de stress important... I guess things will start around October or November, don't know about you but it is literally as they say a rollercoaster ride  You are really amazing to take on all the children, I am sure things will work there way through and hopefully the elders will look after the younger, to give you a bit of time. I always read the board but sometimes miss it a few days then I catch up... Good to see how everyone is getting on even when they do not cycle. We find strength from somewhere..... love Jjj P.s I still watch those programmes, except this time around they are all repeats...

you are right. it is importtant to de stress :!:
i still watch them to. some times the boys come up in the morning and watch with me. the older ones make fun of it but they set and watch once in a while.

yes ivf is a huge rollercoaster ride :!:
but it is all worth it when you make it :D
the older boys are great with the younger ones. next year we have 4 that are graduating highschool. 2 of them are the ones we adopted and 2 are our foster children. one once to stay here and help us.
the boys where all so wonderful when we had our mces.

how long do you guys get to be in spain?

We get to stay in Spain for about nine days that includes the days we travel. A friend of mine has a villa there and offered it to us for a break. I always said no, but i thought we should say yes :D so we did. The weather has got to be better there compared to here :? rain, rain and more uk rain. Ok for October but not August was trying to get bbq ready for Sunday as it is my birthday on Saturday :D 36 years old or younger :? But all depends on weather. You said before you were getting your shop ready, what do you sell? Well you have the wedding tomorrow, enjoy and i hope all goes well. Jjjx

soorry about the rain. it rained here today very hard. but it stopped just in time so we could go do the wedding rehersel. they are getting married outside. over looking a pond. it is real pretty.

the shop is just a work shop. hubby and the boys work on cars and some wood work.
keeping things fixed with 5 teenagers driving is a full time job :!: :!:

i hope the it is nice out so you can have your birthday bbq.

Hi Becky, we got back on thursday, so as usual straight back into work. We had a nice holiday, nice temperatures compared to England before we left. Whilst away, typically a heatwave in England. Oh well, I am going to try and catch up on all threads, guess it will take a while. How are you doing, it has been a difficult time for you and your family, especially your mom. Not easy to find the words, but I hope you can find the strength to get through this time. Let me know how you are doing, love Jjj x

Hi, whilst on our hols the weather was 28-34 c which was hot for us. The first few days were really humid. always gives me a headache, but after that it was fine. We had hired a car and got the map out and just drove and drove. Majorca is such a beautiful place when you go into the mountains and hills. It can be the most peaceful place, plenty old buildings with the colourful tiles on the roof. We drove up to where Catharine and Michael Douglas have a place, 8), roughly anyway, but we did not see them, apparantly a lot of TV people have bought places there. Good places to eat too. I do not usually eat meat, but could not refuse three peppered steaks...... not at the same time though.... Got a sort of sun tan....... but look healthier in any case. So until the next one, i will have to wait.
It will be good for you that you meet up with your sisters, sounds like you are close. Good idea as well that you have decided to have the get together and do something, distance is always quite difficult when away from family at this time. There is so much more to say sometimes in person rather than by phone, the feeling of togetherness is there. How have the boys been and hubby. Did you manage to get the garage fixed, guess i will start mine soon, i can just about open  the doors, but then i cannot be bothered. :? On reading through the threads yesterday this Zita West book keeps coming up, i am going to try it, have you? I am getting ready to cycle again, but not till atleast the next few months. Got to get a few things organized, including the money, i found the threads really good. Everybody is so honest and it is good to hear that even some of the seemingly hopeless scenarios pull through, nature is amazing, if there was a crystal ball it would for sure be on my table :D take care Jjj x

it sounds like you guys had a great time.. i love the moutains.
that would have been great if you could have ment the douglases!!!!

we have been trying to get the barn towrn down. it is almost done.
mainly just clean up then craig (my dh) cant start the foundation for the shop. this needs to get done before the snow comes :!: :!:

i wouls still love to have our baby but i dont for see that happeniing.
even if we got the money or got a donated embie and i had the surgery to keep the baby in
the chances of mc is still very high. i just had alot of abuse when i was little.

but Miracles happen all of the time :D

hubby is doing great. he has been getting a little tired cause a couple of the boys are having a hard time.
hunting season just openend up here..
we love meat.!!!!!! the older kids and dh bring home most of our meat for the year.
meat has gotten very costly here.

i am very excited to go for a couple of days and rest and enjoy being with my sisters... i wish we has extra monney thou.
i think that it would be good to read the book if it is a very good book.
i wish you had a crystal ball to

good luck and hope to talk soon....
