Thanks everyone for all your positive thoughts but as expected my levels have dropped today . Part of me is relieved as now I know it is totally over and there are no further complications.

I am sorry I am not up to date with everyone but I hope all of you on the 2ww are staying sane as it really is a most evil time.
Good luck to everyone waiting for ec and et.
Sandra stay strong over the weekend not long now . Don't do a hpt it will make you worse. I was told I would have got a positive hpt even though me level was not viable.

Take care everyone and once again thankyou for going through this tmt wth me.

Ellie,

Sorry to hear that it was not to be. You're right that at least you know now. Waiting for the inevitable after my HCG dropped was pretty hard - we're all here if you need to talk of vent or just read our posts.

Take care,

Hi staci and gang

well the auto pen does make it a lot easier all you do is load the syringe into the pen push it tight to your leg and press the button and thats it it is very easy to do no delay nothing i always hold it there for about 10 seconds after just to be sure its all in.

as for the hcg injection i have to do that tomorrow so i thought to be sure i would be able to do it tonight i did my last fsh injection without the auto pen it took me a while but i did it i just aimed like a dart and it was in didnt feel a thing i did numb it a little first tho so i should be ok on the hcg one fingers crossed think actually doing it without the pen it stung less than with it but its good to know i can do it both ways now.

Alicia thanks for your post it put a big smile on my face mmmm being bloated for 9 whole months bliss

lots of love to you all girls Ang xxx

Alette,

Hello - I remember you from July. Please join us and the Sept. buddies, too! It looks like you'll span both months.

This is a great group, and so far we're at 50% success rate - far above what one would expect, so I think it's good luck  I'm counting on it.

Hi Girls,

Well, I had my second blood draw today and it did not double. I started at 176.8 and I am at 292.6 today. They are concerned and now I go back Monday for another blood test. I am concerned too because my boobs are not tender today and I don't feel queasy as I have for the past week or so. I am really scared now.

Alicia, you just mentioned your levels dropping, was it a similar situation?

Thanks,
Shannon

Thanks, Mia. I am so sad right now. I don't think I would be as concerned, but my symptoms have really gone away, my boobs aren't tender and I am not queasy. And yesterday, I threw up, but today -- nothing. That is what really has me scared. This is so hard! And now, waiting until Monday. . .I guess there is nothing I can do but wait.

Shannon,
I think you are reading way to much into your lack of symptoms. Maybe you are not queasy right now, but you will be again. 352 would be doubling and your numbers were 292.6 that might not be optimal but it is not terrible. I am so hopeful and I will pray.
Anyway, do something fun tomorrow get out of the house and try not to obsess. I will be willing a big case of queasiness your way just so you know that everything will be okay.

Shannon,

No, my case was nothing like yours. My first reading was 26, then two days later 42, then it went down. So you see, I never had strong numbers like yours. From the start, they were hesitant to tell me it was technically positive.

Don't read anything into symptoms or lack thereof. They do make us feel better, like something is still happening. But women I know with kids say they had symptoms on some days and not on others.

I will keep you in my thoughts this weekend and hope for some reassurance this weekend, and definately on Monday. Good luck, Shannon and Scott.

Shannon:

Don't pay attention to the symptoms at all! Some days I'm sick, tired, boobs sore....the next day NOTHING. So don't pay attention to the symptoms.

My thoughts and prayers are with you!
