Why did it not surprise me that the twin who piddled over the doc was the one most resembling you!

It's sounds as though you really went through it, but they just didn't want to come out did they, must have been well comfy in there.

Seeing the size of them on Ians lap, it's hard to believe that they could have fitted in your tummy........mind, perhaps that's why they weren't coming out, wedged in!

It's lovely to have you back on the boards and sounding so happy. This has been a long time coming for you, and you absolutely deserve those gorgeous girls.

Take care,
Sue.x

Lovely to have you back Tracey, you have been missed!

You sound like you are embracing motherhood with great ease, I am so glad as you deserve this so much.
Isn't it amazing how much they change your life though?
You spend all those months waiting, now they are here and I bet you can't imagine a life without Alice and Emily!

I am so happy that you have become a mum at last, and send you and Ian my heart felt love and blessings

Just checking you are all behaving yourselves which is more than Ican say for Alice last night who had IAn up from 10 - 3 - yikes - then Emily has driven me mad alll pm and just got her down for goodness sake! Alice is of course doing her bit by rubbing it in and being good! Ian has gone off to MOT the car and found out it needs £300 of fixing and 3 hours so have not seen him since 12 and won't be back until 5.30 onwards - OMG

Apart from that Alice is nearly back to birth weight already - she put on 6 oz in 6 days - the midwife nearly choked! Emily put on 3 but then she was bigger but lost more so they are nearly the same.
I am bolloxed and off for a sleep but send you all my love
Tracey, Emily and Alice

Tracey

Well done & congratulations to you and DH - I had a lump in my throat reading your post. Welcome to your lovely girls.

I have had a technical hitch on my pc at work and so can't see the website (convinced they have done something to prevent it so that I don't spend hours on there and do some work instead) so have had to wait to get on from home. Had been thinking of you and hoping it was all going well. You really are proof that despite whatever life throws at you through this most testing of times it really can all work out in the end. I would like to thank you for your constant support and encouragement, you are very kind to keep taking time out to do this and it really is appreciated.

Take time each day to enjoy your babies, they will change so much so quickly before you know it.

Take care of you, DH and your little family

Love

Hi Trace,

I am so pleased for you and the little ones and DH, I know you've been through so much but your precious babies are here now and I so glad your enjoying yourself.

Give them a big kiss for me, I bet you won't be online much these days, they will be feeding/nappies all the time but we wouldn't change it for the world.

Love
Shell.

Hello all

Just snuck on - they are asleep but convinced as soon as I start tapping Alice wakes up and likes to come her too - mmmm - she was very good last night but Emily had Ian up until 1pm and he is working tomorrow - yikes what on earth?

Life is still hectic but have been out in the pram most days for a bit - he walks Gabbie in the morning - we have also used the baby bjorn a couple of times but hurts my scar a bit - that and the gardening?
Also did a roast chicken dinner the other night so do manage to do things -otherwise stuck on the settee breast feeding and watching the olympics.

Sending you all loads of love - Yep Alice has woken - quel suprise!

Traci - the card is an endless source of admiration to all!

Love

Hi Tracey,
so nice to hear from you, you seem to be doing really well, I can only hope to manage as well as you when the twins arrive! I had to smile reading about the different characters of Emily and Alice - guess it's too much to hope for to have 2 quiet babies!
I've been doing really well, moving around and having walks and suddenly yesterday had a growth spurt after which it feels like I am so much heavier I cannot breathe! Well, almost 34 weeks now so I guess it's normal. people keep remarking how big I am - what do they expect
keep up the good work and hope you heal really fast now, you were so fit before the birth it should not be long!
love,
juliana
