San2,

Good luck for ET! Hope all goes well and that you enjoy your day of resting. Hopefully they will let you look at the little embies, which is always amazing to me and DH.

Hoping for the best for you,

Hi San....how's the 2ww??? hideously slow yet??? we know it d-r-a-g-s and is ubelievably tedious! I'll hopefully join you on Tuesday and we can moan together!!

I'm curious why they recommended only 1 of the 2 good embies going back. Did they freeze the other two?

hugs
Debra.

Good Luck San2!!!

I am also curious why only one embie? The doctor must think you have good prospects. If you are young and have never done IVF before, maybe they are worried about twins/triplets. We were going to put back 3-4, but our doctor scaled it down to 2-3, even though I am 38 and have one failed IVF already.

Hope all goes well for you on the 2ww and that you get a BFP on your test date!

Faint Line but worried about hcg??

Post by san2 »

Hi everyone,

I'm 10dpt and I did a HPT test today (I know not wise) because I was going mad in the 2ww. There was a faint line but showing a positive.
Would this be because I still have HCG in my system?

I had my last pregnly injection 1500 I.E. last Sunday (7days).
I'm also taking progestan 2/3x a day.

Is it too early to test?

Tuesday the 14th is the day I should take my blood test.

Pls Advice

Cheers,
San2

Hi Ladies,

Well I took another test when I came home from work and it was a BFN! That's what I get for testing too early.

Don't know what to think now.
I know what the answer will be tomorrow so am prepared.

Anyway goodluck to everyone in the 2ww.

Cheers,

San2,
Don't count yourself out yet. The pee sticks measure the concentration of HCG in the urine. Your urine could have just been less concentrated. Wait for the blood test, and no more evil HPT! Remember we will all be here either way.
