Hi
I'm not sure how many of you will remember me as I haven't written on the board for ages, but this is the best post I have ever written....14 days ago, on the 23rd October our little miracle son Jake was born at 12.50pm, weighing in at 6lb 10oz. They say 3rd time lucky and that is definitely the case for us as this was our 3rd IVF attempt. He is completely gorgeous with huge alert eyes and lots of brown hair - I still can't believe he is ours, and we even love his little cry!!!
I am so happy that there has recently been lots of lovely news on the board with loads of births and I am so delighted to be joining many of you.
Huge congratulations to all the new mums and all of you that are pregnant!
I never thought I would get this far, so anone reading this who is going through treatment never, ever give up hope.

I would also like to say congratulations its the most wonderful thing in the world and I am sure we all think its a dream. Alex is 9 months old and like Zoe I can't believe Alex is here, he is so adorable. Alex weighed in at 11lb 5oz but going to get him reweighed on Wednesday to see what he is now.

ttc for almost 4 years, diagnosed as unexplained. Just about to begin treatment when we were lucky enough to concieve naturally. Our beautiful baby boy, Daniel, was born on 27 Sept 2003. Now expecting again, baby due 22 Aug 2005.

I think we cycled together Michelle and if I remember rightly you were due on the 18 Oct? I was due on 19 Oct and have also had a precious little boy called Joshua Daniel also on the 23 Oct at 10.52am!! We were probably pushing around the same time although I ended up in theatre for a forceps delivery!
I still can't quite believe I'm a mummy at long last.
