Hi SophieJane, you stalker you,

thanks for this-I certainly don't have the presence of mind to do it! My test day is next tuesday, the 16th.

Wishing all the best for all us 2 weekers. I'm at the stage where I am sliding into the usual obessessiveness-I was feeling pretty crampy but now feel fine except for headache all day today. I think these are side-effects from the progesterone. too early for it to be anything other. So, no other symptoms, but like I said, feel like the emotional see-saw is beggining i.e am I or aren't I?? Or, no symptoms, good sign or bad?? Oh you all know only too well. It's terrible..How are all the rest of you 2 weekers??

Luv Elizabeth

Glad people think its a good idea. Actually Jules, I knicked your idea as I saw you mentioned it on our thread  So not only am I a stalker I'm also a thief!!! :!:
I am feeling much better thanks. Still off work and taking it easy. I've enjoyed my first 2 days of 2ww ..... just so positive this go. I'm also taking cyclogest pessaries 2xday. last time I only did 1xday so i'm hoping this means it will work this time!!!???

Kate .. you've only got 3 more sleeps. Do you watch TV? Fill up your time with tv programmes. Last week and today I've been watching channel 5 High School Reunion. Reality tv absolutely rubbish but great if you know what I mean. Good luck ... you will be able to start our list off with a smiley face :P

We should all count how many times we check our knickers over the next two weeks!! Also do any of you sleep well. I keep on imagining me with a pg tummy, thinking of names etc. I just can't help it. Even what colour to paint the spare room - for my boy and girl twins. I so hope our dreams come true.

This is a really embarassing post but I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem .....   :? :?
After ec and et I have been a bit constipated.
After et I am really worried to push when I need a No 2/bowel movement/poo (just dont know whats more offensive!! ).
I was sat on the loo for ages today and finally had to push really hard. I am now worried I might have pushed those embies away
Does anyone else feel like this / or have this problem :?:
Sorry if this is far too much info.
Also are any of you on the suppositries. If so what do you do if you have a no 2 / poo shortly after putting in the suppositry. Do you put another one in???
sorry if I've given too much detail, but I am fretting about these issues!!

Oh Sophiejane,

don't be embarressed, you probably didn't mean to, but you gave me a giggle..

There is absolutely, let me repeat, absolutely no way you could push those little embies out..no need to worry (nurses, doctors will back me up here).

I had some constiptation last ivf; due to the drugs. But no, haven't had to go the toilet after my suppository, but I'm always weeing thru the night and of course, I do lose some of that stuff, but no, I don't put another one in. I figure the hormones will probably get absorbed fairly quickly (I hope, someone correct me here if I am way off track, please) and I'm only losing the other ingredients. Also, I think it better not to get a double dose like that, but hey, I'm not an expert with this one by any means so it might not hurt to check with a nurse for peace of mind..

Jen! Just read your post..this is so good! I hope it continues and you keep that little peanut intact...Will be thinking of you and sending you all good thoughts and wishes!

Luv and hugs,
Elizabeth

Sophie Jane

Your post really made me laugh !! I also took 2 x cyclogest pessaries a day after EC and had exactly the same problem ( I actually ended up in quite a lot of pain because I couldn't go. )
However, Elizabeth is right, those embies will not fall out due to straining so try not to worry. Mine didn't fall out and it was good news on test day for me and I'm sure it will be the same for you !!!

Sending positive vibes to everyone testing this month

Luv

Hi Sophie-Jane

What a classic! We all think it, but daren't say it! I was convinced the first time I went for a wee after ET, they dropped out! It was a nightmare for me during treatment because due to IBS I have a pretty irregular toilet habits anyway, but I had gone for 2 weeks without my no. 2's! Then, on ET day, of course I started to need to go! I didn't know what was worse, the pain the Dr put me through during ET or trying to 'clench' whilst he was doing it so that he didn't get any bad smells in his face!!! I ended up going that night (several times) and was also panicking like mad! However I did get a BFP after 2 weeks so they did hold on whilst I got rid of 2 weeks of build up! (Sorry.... tmi on this one!)

Best of luck!

Love Jools xx

Tricia .... I think you count day of et as day 1, therefore day 14 will be the 18th Nov.
