I'm testing on 26 November - same as Jaye and Sue?

Sophie-J, you made me laugh out loud when I read your message. As I'm in a public internet terminal in a bus station, I got lots of nervous looks after that. They clearly though I was a looney...........

Hey everyone,

I started a new thread entitled "for JAckie" but I think I should have put Good Luck afterwards to makeit more clear that she is testing today! I'm sure she could use our support-let's not forget her! (We can post to her on this one, if you'd prefer).

Best of luck Jackie!

Luv,
Elizabeth

Hi
Elizabeth thank you so much for your support it is so nice knowing someone cares.

Well, i had the test this morning.....and it was POSITIVE!!!!!

i can't believe it. I said to the nurse I was convinced I would be crying because it hadn't worked not because it had. Me and my husband are going around with very stupid grins all over our faces. after 12 years and 9 months together we really thought it wasn't going to happen, so dreams really do come true.

Have our scan 2 weeks from today.

Oh JAckie, that is wonderful!!!I'm so so so happy for you and your DH! I can just see you both walking about with that goofy grin..I knew it, didn't I?
It is so great to have some happy news!
As for me, well, not too convinced. No af yet, but I have had slight af pains and slight backache since ET. The pains come and go. The only thing I know is that I don't get cramps before my af, only during, so this is unusual.

Today, I can't seem to work at all. I have three reports I need to write up and all I can do is google 'prgesterone and delayed af' as I've convinced myself that af hasn't arrived as it ususally does (on time at 24-27 days) because of the progesterone has delayed it. So much for PMA, huh? :?

Did you have any symptoms JAckie? Sorry, I 'm sure you just want to enjoy your good news without my questions-fretting, as usual...!

All the best to you and your DH, I am soo happy for you both,
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth

Thank you for your message and congratulations.

I don't know if I had symptoms or not. I have been in pain since egg collection (remember I was kept in hospital on pethodine) I think due to bruised ovaries etc so I'm not sure if that helps you or not. I did have very tender chest and even had to stop my husband when he gave me a hug because it was so sore. I don't think you can read too much into symptoms though.

The good thing (sarcasm) is I get to continue with the progesterone injections which are really painful. I never thought I would be grateful to be having an injection, bought 50 vials of the stuff this morning and came home with 42 needles, syringes etc - lovely!!!

Hang in there, yesterday was the hardest day for me, had a massive row with my husband and threw everything I could find that wouldn't break at him. I was so on edge this morning and he was trying to keep me calm but making me irratable instead. I think he's had a few hard days himself.

Look after yourself Elizabeth, I will be thinking of you and your husband.

Thanks Jaye, I've been away from the boards for a few days and was hoping sopmeone would update it ... I've added the faces.

JACKIE - FANTASTIC Great News. So pleased for you, and I'm also grinning and smiling for you. You must be so excited.

Elizabeth - Good Luck for 2moro. I will be checking throughout that day to see you write BFP!!!

Well, if spots/acne was a sign of pg then I am definitely pregnant ... i've got the skin of a greesy 16 year old who eats too many chips. Yuk.
The only symptom I have is a twinge in my ovary area (on and off all day) but don't know if this is a good or bad sign. My boobs are really sore but this is also easing off a bit which is a bad sign. aaaagggghhhhh hurry up saturday!!!!!!

Hi SophieJ,

I had a blood test a short time ago-no hpts for me! I don't find out the results until after 4 pm today-tortuous!!! (thanks Debra for that spelling-I never knew!) So I took the day off (working from home-yeah sure) because I'm going just a wee bit out of my head. I'll be sure to post when I know-I have prepared myself for a negative, just in case, cause that is the way I deal, but I don't think there is any preparation really for that, so I'm just really hoping I have good news.

Thank you everyone for your good wishes and for thinking of me.
