I'm back and I went to.........

Post by bubblymichelle »

Hi Everyone,

Well I am back and had such a great time, Lee and I spent some quality time together. I got up at 04:00 on Sunday morning and we left the house at 06:00. He said I needed to make myself comfortable because I had a long journey in front of me so off we set.

I was so shocked when we will pulled up at Birmingham Airport I said to him where am I going. Well he still wouldn't tell me he carried on pulling the case and then we got to the check out and that's when I saw I was going to DUBLIN I just couldn't believe it.

We had a great time, I did have to keep checking to see if Alex was ok but he was fine. He is now back home with me and into everything but I have missed him so much.

It's just the case now that Lee will be 30 next year and I have to arrange something for Lee's Birthday.

Hope your all ok.

Love & Hugs
Shell & Alex

Hi, so glad you had a good time away with Lee. Also glad Alex survived his ordeal :) it won't be so scary if you have to do it again.

Dublin is a fun city to visit, it was a good choice.

Good to see you back,
Debra.

Hi Girls

Deb - It was a lovely place, very busy and very expensive, can't believe how expensive it was compared to home. Weird also because it's euro's there. I would like to do something for Lee for his 30th but I don't know how I would keep it to myself.

Di - Oh your little one is having a rough time at the mnute, but I am so glad he has a tooth now. Alex is ok, he's in his cot at the minute asleep so I am running round trying to get all my jobs done. Alex has 2 teeth now but I am having to give him Calpol and bonjela because he has been in pain with his ears and can tell his teeth are playing him up.

Anyway back to the dusting.

Love
Shell & Alex.

Hi Lizzy,

I am so glad that you keep in touch, I was finding it really hard to support everyone. I was on the MBB site this site FF site and another site and I just can't do it with Alex to be honest + at the time I was having a lot of problems at home.

How is Kitty? I have Alex an advent calander but only had it tonight Lee brought it for him so he will get two choccies tomorrow.

I am excited about Xmas for him, but he won't really understand this year, but my dream will hopefully come true if we can afford to take him to Lapland when he is a little older that is what I would love to do.

What are you getting Kitty for Xmas?

Love
Shell.

Hi Di,

Lovely to hear from you, I am just popping to the shops now, I am up and ready and Alex ready too. He has had a bath and breakfast and then I go to my Mom's for the rest of the day.

How is Ben this morning?

Alex slept last night, but only in with me, I am making a rod for my own back I know.

We didn't take any photo's to be honest but I will see if I can dig one out of me & lee and mail it to you.

Shell,
Just read your posts - what a wonderful surprise for you , it sounds like you had a fab time. Happy birthday to you!!!! Hopefully you and Lee are back on track - it sounds like you're getting there.

And was it cold???? I was wondering all weekend whether you'd end up in Iceland (not the freezer centre!!) or Lapland!

So cute - had to share this - Jay is now waving at everyone and everything - this morning when I took him to nursery they'd put big lit up snowmen in the garden and Jay was waving like mad at them - so cute!!

di - just read your posts re poor Ben and his ears - have you taken him to the Docs - Jay was the same and he had an ear inf so needed antibiotics - just thinking Ben might be the same. Poor little things, don't you just hate it when they're ill???

No teeth yet for Jay - am worried he might get a full set for christmas and terrify me!

love Sally xxxx

Hey Di ~ wasn't sure if you'd remember me, wow is Ben 9 months. Can't believe how quick its going.......Kitty's 1 on 2nd January!! Hope Ben gets better soon.

Ah Shell ~ taking Alex to Lapland will be lovely especially when he's a bit older and really excited :) Know what you mean about finding time to post!!

Kitty's fab.....she loves to stand holding the bath when i'm in it, then she ducks down and we play 'where's Kitty' and she pops her head back up......so sweet. Sally ~ she's waving at everyone too, it's ever so cute.

I've got her a M&P's rocking horse for Christmas.....can't wait for it to be delivered. What have you all got for bubs?

Much love to you all and hugs to babies, Lizzy xx

Hi Lizzy,

How are you? How's Kitty?

Christmas will soon be here, are you at home for Xmas Dinner or out?

Well that rocking horse sounds fun I bet Kitty will love it.

Got Alex touch pad leap frog, phonics radio, activity table, some smaller toys. My Sister and Brother In Law just come with a big box wrapped up for Alex with a motorbike in type rocker (does that make sense) and the list just goes on.

We are in a new house and they are just like boxes so ain't even sure where all these toys are going.

Are you having a good day?

Love
