Hi, I am new to the board and my experience is very different. I have 5 boys all naturally conceived. My last two deliveries had life threatening consequences. My last delivery was by c-section and I opted for a tubal knowing that I did not want to conceive on my own. This last september I underwent IVF with PGD, and two female embryos were transfered. Neither implanted I was not prepared for this outcome as I had never had trouble conceiving. I have one female frozen and am preparing for a FET on Dec. 9th. I'm a little nervous about the embryo making the thaw. I'm just curious if anyone else has had any success with one frozen embryo? Wish me luck this is my last chance at a girl baby.
Dear Denise,
I hope you don't mind me writing. Your E mail made me cry, it is wonderful that you have had 5 baby boys. I am 40 and have just gone through a miscarriage at two months after egg donor IVF. I will never now be able to have a baby which I know I wont get over. I wish you luck in your quest to have a baby girl, I hope if it doesn't work you will find contentment in the children you have. You are very lucky most women on this board would give anything to have one baby.
All the best Jill x

Thank You for your reply, I realize that some women will look at my post and wonder what I'm whining about after all I do have children. There is a need in me that is not met, and I think that like most women on this board, the pain is at some times physical. The comments people make to me and I'm sure to you are so insensitve and mean. I wish you well, I'm so sorry about your loss, I wish you a happy life.
Denise
