Positive for the moment

Hi I just got the results of my blood tests and at the moment I am pregnant, but have been told that my count was a bit low, and warned that I may miscarry or it could be ectopic. I know i'm clutching at straws, but has anyone had similar news and a positive outcome? I promised my self pre-treatment that whatever the result we would cope, but i've now turned into a blubbering wreck, we have wanted this baby for 10yrs, and this is the only glimmer of hope I've had, I am willing it to hang on, does anyone think i have much hope?
