Beta Results

I had a beta done on Monday which results were borderline and another done today which turned out to be negative. So I will undergo my last IVF cycle in February. My dh and I have decided not to continue treatment if my 3rd cycle fails since my insurance only pays the 3 cycles and we would have to pay out of pocket for any other other cycles so instead we've decided to spend the money for a private adoption. Maybe the 3rd cycle will work but we have already decided what we will do if it doesn't. So I guess that's it, my IVF#2 was a BFN and that's mu update. I wanted to thank everyone here for listening, you are all great.

Hi Carla, sorry to read of your news. You seem to be very level headed about it and I agree having a 'what next' plan helps enormously.

As you know you'll try again in February, why not join the Feb/March thread on the 'General' side? it's very small at the moment but will, over time, be joined by others about to start treatment. That way everyone shares their stories, questions and thoughts. I've always found it a remarkable source of support.
