:D :D YESSSSSSS i'm back,

Sorry not to have been around ladies, especially my jan buddys,please forgive me but on tuesday (6dpt) i was rushed into hospital with OHSS and have been out of it on morphine for quite a while and i have escaped this evening Sunday but have DH perched on my shoulder as i type so cant stay on here long as im knackered ive been up since 4.30am you know what its like cant sleep in hospitals, anyway im on the mend now but i'll be truthful i dont think ive ever been in so much pain even giving birth to my son was easier, im just a bit worried about my little embies foghorn and leghorn and wondering if they are gonna be ok after all the meds ive been on i did refuse them but they promised me it wouldnt do any harm and they strongly advised i have the meds, Im so chuffed to be home again now but i must say i have missed you all like mad xxxxxx

To all my jan buddys i hope you are well and i promise i will catch up with you tomorrow now i am home but im going to go now as my alotted time is over.

you poor thing you must have been scared to you know what....
i am glad that you are back home....

traci just got some good news but she will need to tell you....
i have been layed up with a pulled legament...
i fianly decided that there wasnt a majic pill and i was only getting fater so i went to go work out and got signed up for a year. felt really good comming home but my heal was soar thought that it was ok but then it really started to hurt so went into the doctorwow that was wierd going to the doctors and it didnt have anything to do with ivf....
well any way she said to keep a brace on and so on..

will i need to go try and catch up with the top 10 posters

i am glad that you are home

and all of our many adopted and foster children that touch our lives
and i am glad to add that our 6th grandchild will be born this spring!!!!

Hi

just wanted to let you know i know what you've been through. i had OHSS last month after having 23 eggs collected. I felt so bad i kept praying (not usually religious!). it took me about a week to start feeling better.

i didn't have any embies transferred as i was too ill so i've had them all frozen and am now downregging for an FET in the next few weeks.

Don't know about you, but i found explaining OHSS and the seriousness of it to people who know nothing about ivf v. difficult.

2 year break and vasectomy reversal for dh.
Consultation for 10th attempt using fresh sperm - Nov 09.

Cheers Becki, your a star as usual i will catch up with Traci shortly, i cant sit at the keyboard very long as my stomach is so bloated and still in a lot of pain. Hope your resting up aswell with your pulled ligament,see exercise isnt always the best thing for us is it, xx

Well yesterday was day 12 and i have started to bleed i havent done hpt but i am convinced it is all over with, just feeling extremely numb right now official test date is Thursday, i have never bleed before test date before, anyway i might do the hpt tomorrow i think i just need to get on with it and go through the motions then i can get my life back on track, right i will go and try and cheer up and pop some more painkillers.
I have to go back into hospital on monday to make sure my ovaries are calming down.

Good luck to the rest of the Jan buddys i will be rooting for you all xxxxxxx

Ali - pls don't give up yet. Many folk have bled and gone on with BFPs. Also, you must NOT do a hpt before Thursday. Chin up and lots of PMA ..

but wanted to let you know that there is always hope..
i was bleeding very bad and i had a very hard round clump of blood that had came out.. i had never done that before in my life.. i thought forsure it was my embies.. and i wasnt going to be pregnant.. even went and got a hpt and it came up- called my clinic and they told me to come right in .. they did a test and ultra sound and i was pregant with twins..
so blood doesnt always mean that it is over and hpt arnt always right.....
so hang in there...
