So sorry Jane - I know it doesn't make it better but I really am thinking of you - I know how hard that news is to hear and I hope that you get your chance soon. Look after yourself and take lots of time - don't feel guilty for wanting your own space and for giving yourself some treats - I am also a great believer in shopping - when you're ready xx

Jane - I am so sorry to hear your news - How come you heard so soon??

I am waiting to ring at 3pm and the day is just going so slowly, but sadly think my result may well be the same as yours!!

I was at the clinic today looking at all the lovely couples, sat in the waiting room hoping that this is their time after all their waiting for the one thing most people seem to get without trying-life doesnt seem fair sometimes - It just breaks my heart!!

Take care and a big hug comes from me to you!!!

Put a big smiley face next to my name as I got a BFP!!!!

My and Dh cannot beleive it - Keep expecting to wake up!

My Mum, Dad and sisters have all been in tears and at last I can say I'M PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know there is a long way to go but we are going to enjoy this time which will hopefully last for the next 9 months!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a scan in 2 weeks!

Does anyone know if this is a sign of a high result of the pregnancy hormone as I dont have to go back for another blood test in between??

Good luck to all you stilll to test and this just shows that it can work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gaynor,

Fantastic news, I'm so pleased for you. :D
Look after yourself now, no housework no carrying the shopping.

DO you have to wait long for treatment at Leeds? We are due a follow up appointment soon and DH is wondering if we should go straight to Leeds as I started this cycle in September and it got cancelled after EC due to polyp and the FET started on 17/12. And I don't know how long i will have to wait for my next treatment in Dec they had a 6 month waiting list and it could be longer now and I'm paying too old for NHS in Bradford.

BTW it was my Consultant who phoned me this morning he said the results came in faster than he thought.

I'm so happy for you.

Love,

Jane

Hi Jane - We self funded this cycle but we were waiting at least eight months from registering to beginning the treatment which is pretty unbelieveable isn't it!

I wish you all the luck in the world - Everyone deserves to feel like I do at the moment!

Keep in touch G x

Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for your lovely messages they made me cry and I've drawn alot of strenght from them.

Dagny thank you so much for your messages I just hope that I have the strength that you do to carry on. We haven't spoken before but I have followed what you have been through on the board and so admire your courage you are able to write about what you are going through with such strength I really don't know how you do it. It really meant alot to me to get both your messages today.

Again everyone thank you so much. Its taken me a very long time to get to here, I can't give up now. I might not produce a lot of eggs but do produce good quality ones, I just need my womb to play ball now and maybe one day soon I will hold my longed baby in my arms.

Just waiting for DH to come home from work.

Thank you again.

Love,

Jane

Congratulations Gaynor on your news - every time it happens for someone it reminds everyone that it really is possible so thank you for the inspiration. Keep focussed everyone - if it doesn't happen for some of us this time IT WILL HAPPEN EVENTUALLY - we've got to keep believing xx

Jane - I can't really add anything that others haven't said. I know how bad you're feeling at the moment. It will get easier, but it will take time. I hope dh is home by now, and you can get through this together.

Gaynor - Well, well done G ! I can feel how over the moon you are. A big fat CONGRATULATIONS !

Betts - I hope you've had better news today, and that hpt was rubbish !

Jane,

I'm so glad you are not giving up. You will get that positive result eventually. Unfortunately, it just looks like it's going to take some of us a little longer than others.

Please keep in touch.

Hi Staci

Thanks for you kind words.

Hope we are both cycling in MAY and we can bring each other lots of luck :)

God knows we deserve it.

Where abouts in the USA are you?

I am now going to be coming over to sunny California at the end of Feb with work, which I have to say is a welcome distraction and if I can't do damage to my credit card there then I don't know where I can

Will you be going through the full program in May or do you have some frosties?

Take care
