i cant believe im going to make it to your list,.... im having ET on thursday (finally!) which means my blood test is on march 3rd...
nervewrecking eh!!! i had no idea how much IVF consumes your life...

Hi Ladys,

havent been on for a few days and quite a lot happend.

CONGRATULATIONS to all +ve's

A BIG HUG to all -ve's!!

I went to blood test on the 9th despite having AF and the result came back positive, BUT its not a very good positive. Had another test yesterday and the level has risen but not brilliantly. Scan today didnt show anything, but doc said it might be to early.

As u can imagine i am sitting at home pulling my hair out. Because i am still bleeding slightly i am not allowed to do anything (not even house work)!

So now i have to wait for another blood test on thursday and the next scan on tuesday.

That's so difficult Sally - I really hope it all comes good for you. The 2wwait is bad enough let alone more waiting - but still at least there is more hope. I suggest you lie in bed and have everything brought to you in a Queenly manner - no exertion whatsoever. Go on - you deserve it!

Sally,

I have heard of women having AF while newly pregnant. I hope your numbers will be up on Thursday. What are your HCG levels?

35 y/o, DH is 37. TTC 4 yrs.
Surgeon ruined tubes through unnecessary drilling of ovaries causing massive scarring and completely blocked tubes.
First ivf Jan. 2005....+tive on Feb 14!

@Betts, hcg was 79,2 last Wednesday and 258 yesterday.

Debra - there's another test due on 20th Feb - Joanne - see 'Waiting' - she might appreciate being put on the list. It's so exciting (and terrifying). I'm really ready to know now - either way - I'm just so sick of waiting. I think next time I'm definitely going back to work in second week because it's good to get your mind off it!

Sally...good luck with your next blood test tomorrow. The protracted waiting and not knowing must be terrible, keep strong it's only a couple more days. If it's any consolation, JenF's pregnancy began just like this - full of low numbers and worries. She's on the pg board now though!

Danica, good luck with ET tomorrow. A BIG day for you!! I hope it goes well and we can look forward to another :D on the list!

Enjoy your 2ww Danica! I know that seems like a contradiction in terms but why shouldn't we enjoy the first 2 weeks of pregnancy - which is what it is for people on the board every month??
