Lovely to hear from you, you know how much I worry, I am glad you are ok. Lee & I are ok thanks we are still not 100% but we are much better then we was. Its nice to know that Ben is doing well sleeping, Alex keeps coming in with me which is so bad because never going to get him out. Lee is going to alter his cot right down now so hopefully we will get him to sleep in his cot, wishful thinking.
