Hi Girls<br><br>I am on day 2 of 2ww.<br><br>Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to eat and what to stay clear of?<br><br>Should I be eating healthly such as brown bread, frut, vegs etc, which I like to eat anyway or can I still have chinese, pizza etc?<br><br>ANY ADVICE welcome to help my eggs settle into womb!!!!!<br><br>Love Debsx
Hi Deborah<br>Dull I know but it's probably best to look at it that you could be technically pregnant (fingers crossed) so probably to behave/eat as though you are. My DH swears trhat he read that the MSG in our Chinese meals (it's banned in some countries) is not good for pg women but I'm sure the odd pizza wouldn't be that bad.<br>Good Luck!!<br>Regards<br>Terri
