Hope everyone's having a good weekend. While Michelle was gettin' down and dirty at a Kylie concert, I was stuck home doing taxes

Anyways, Souri, I think I'm on the same quick schedule. I didn't downreg, but jumped into things two days after my AF (start stimulating with Gonal-F, then 5 days later I add two more daily injections). The only difference in our schedules is that my doctor waits a few more days to transplant the embryo--this is apparently a new technique but he swears by it. So we do a day-5 transfer when the blastocyte has undergone a few more divisions. Then a pregnancy test a mere week later! Sounds like Traci's schedule is similar.
Jules--I can't believe I'm pumping 4 times as much Gonal-F into my body as you are!! I hope I don't overcook like you did. But the doctor's giving me a blood test on Monday and might lower the dosage. By the way, you asked about going to a concert after ET. I am actually flying, with my Dr's blessing, the next day or the day after ET. I agree with Debra that bumping, grinding, jumping, and other riotous acts are out, but from what I've read there's no reason to be sedentary. I think you could go, be calm, then get home as soon as it's over for a good night's rest.
Leigh--I had an IUI in October and it was so quick I was amazed! Of course for two weeks before that I had to do some stimulation with Gonal-F, then a trigger-shot with HCG, but it was a much simply injection regime than I have with IVF. The actual fertilization took about 3 minutes. I remember the nurses laughed when cluelessly asked if they would use anaesthesia on me, and whether it would take a few hours.
Cheers,
Donna
