red wine while stimming?

Post by sammys »

:? Hi this might sound stupid... but does ANYONE know if it's o.k. to have a glass or two of red wine with dinner while on Bravelle inj. I just had my ultrasound today and I have 6-10 follicles and my lining is 8.3, my er should be next wed. I know that I won't be having any wine after the transfer but is it o.k. now? I hear so many different things...please help!! I don't want to hurt my developing eggs!

I drank red wine while stimming and no problems, got lots of eggs and am now pg. I think red wine has good stuff in it.

Thanks! It took us eight years, 5 IUIs and 3 IVFs but it was worth it!

If there is such a thing as normal I am glad I am not "it"...
Gave up smoking, still having glass or 2 of good red wine a day - have also heard it has good stuff in it and it certainly helps to mellow out while waiting...................
