Can you put all those door handles and other repairs aside for today, and do something relaxing ..?

Hi Sand....yep lots of relaxing going on today. We had friends round for dinner last night (rare) and although I drank very little it will still be nice to put my feet up and ask DF to make more cups of tea!

He's bought me a HUGE biography of Nansen ('father of modern polar exploration' apparently)....very sweet despite being someone I've never heard of......bless. I'd stuck up a wish list in January with Jo Malone and a cashmere scarf please...I knew it was a long shot...

mega happy birthday - another Easter bunny girl!! and another aries...the waiting and patience is not one of our virtues is it sweetie

hope your door handles are fixed - just think of my missing doors if you start to get down about them!!!!

hope you had a sunny day, bless dh, they do try don't they..I had flowers for my window boxes and dinner out, we establ;ished that a few years ago as "surprise me" also produced some interesting results!!!

debra you can be excused this one time cause it is yur birthday..
but Alette i am a bit worried about you

i didnt think that i had been gone that long.
it has been way to busy.. and i dont think it is going to get better anytime soon..
hubby is going to pick up the 19 foot trailer that the kids where living
in.. they got a 1 bedroom apartment. that is bigger then the trailer..
talked with the kids today and they said my grandaughter hasnt dropped down yet.. they are dou in 15 days....

i will be glad when it is all done and i can hold my grandaughter in my arms.. but i do wish it was our baby that i would be holding..
