I am going to make a note of all of these books to read when I am on my next 2ww!!!

Am on reading a book by Kathy Reichs, have read some of hers before - crime stories but she is a forensic anthropologist. Not very lighthearted but really good reads!

Harlan Coban is quite good too but some of his books follow a similar thread.

So big J - what's your plan?!?

Still haven't got the DV code back  dh has been working so hard and falling into bed so no time for reading...

Thought you might like the following as I am reading them to keep me sane while waiting for Barcelona:

The Time Travellers Wife -Audrey Niffenegger
Good because you have to keep up with all the time shift thing, really mind boggling, I ended up having to write things down   Nice love story too 8)

For spiritual lift I have started reading The Prophet (Kahil Gibran) again every nite before going to sleep. It helped me a lot during my depression and is helping me keep things in perspective. It's a wonderful little book
Also reading John Edward "After Life". I used to watch is TV show when in the UK. His style is very light hearted and warm
Normally I like good crime stories but can't face anything gory or negative right now

Love and kisses bigJ 8)

Just in case anyone, particularly the 2wwers, are looking for some easy reading material I have just read a really good love story

Innocence by Kathleen Tessaro

It was truly a page-turner :!: Well worth a gander for those with time on their hands.

Hi everyone,

my friend gave me Inconceivable (B.Elton) to read but without a good reason I couldn't get started on it (I think I was scared, if it make sense to anyone out there). I will now. Thanks!

Cheers,
