[i]Hi everyone,

Only been logged on a few days as I am on day 5 of my 2ww, testing on 13th April.

I have been chatting in the "2ww forum" until now!

I have been on the site before as I had my 1st IVF last July -ve. Had FET on 30th March. After a few attempts of a natural FET we opted for the hormone treatment and at present I am on Progesterone tablets (3 times daily) and pessaries (2 times daily). Have completed all the injections etc.

Anybody else been on this medication using FET??? It will be great to hear from you. So far this has been a good cycle and I am feeling positive.

I prefer to test at home, but I think they are going to insist I go to the hospital. Anybody else prefer privacy when testing?

Can I be included on the April test list??????

Speak to you all soon xxx

Still waiting for my blood test results - why is this treatment all about waiting for results :?:

Had a scan on Friday, now have to wait till ovulation then have a scan 5 days later. Still don't know if I can go straight into treatment at beginning of next AF :x

I know what you mean about the injections - you hate the idea, but when you start you know that it means you are on the road to the future :!:

Will be thinking of you tomorrow -

Hi Sand,

Hope the appointment went will today!

Like you I was excited, strange really but we are all anxious to get started.

Injections don't bother me, what about you?

The HRT tablets make you feel a bit low (a bit like that week before a period) but there are good and bad days, just remember to take them after food as taking them on an empty stomach makes you feel really sick and dizzy! Done that a few times against medical advise!!!

Obviously I am a little ahead of you on this one so any questions please ask! I will be happy to help.

Day 6 of 2ww for me and sore boobs have kicked in, hope this is a good sign but I normally get these during PMT anyway.

Speak soon LOSxxxxxx

Hi Girls ..

Little P .. what date should you have your bloods back by ..? Presumably these results will determine whether you can go straight into tmt at next AF ..?

LOS - I'm not an injection person at all .. My df does them.. It's causing me problems at work, as I've quite a few trips planned over the next 2 or 3 weeks. Some I'll just have to cancel. There's an overnighter next week down in Brighton. I texted a colleague down there this afternoon to ask her if she thought she could manage to do it for me. No reply. I guess that means No. !! I checked the tablets out at the hospital - Oestrogen tablets, + progesterone pessaries. So, is the Oestrogen HRT ? You're almost half way through now, and I know just what you're going through. There should be just one big injection after ET and you wake up 2 weeks later... Lots of +ve thoughts being sent your way - sore boobs / no sore boobs ... ? Who knows !!

Debra - I can see you've updated the thread including your name ! That means all went well !!!! I'll catch up with your news on the March/April thread ..

Sandra

They say allow 10-14 days :x I'm going mad, all I want is an answer :!:

I am so ready to go ahead but I feel like I'm hanging in limbo at the moment - I can't even genuinely join in any of the monthly threads as I would feel such a fraud :!: PANTS

Ah well - how about you, everything going along smoothly :?:

Hi Little P - I can imagine how frustrated you're feeling, just waiting .... Why does a 10-14 day hol fly by ????

Today went as planned, thanks. Mtg at hospital was simply to pick up meds. Started downreg today, which is good .. I reckon if all goes to plan ET will be around 29 April (although I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch).
