APRIL 2ww's

Post by LOS »

Hi Folks,

I hope you don't mind me starting another topic for those on the 2ww only the existing one seems to have come to a stand still and I need some support.

Anybody currently on their 2ww please get in touch on this thread so that we can help each other.

I read all the postings on the previous one and thought it was great.

I am currently on day 6 of my 2ww, nearly half way! Had a FET on 30th March!

Also anybody anticipating their 2ww in April are welcome to join thread as some of the information is most helpful.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Your Hopefully,

LOS xxxxx

Los, I'll hopefully join in on Thursday - provided ET goes ahead as planned. Then on Sunday Traci will join us so we'll have a crowd soon enough!

Great idea to start a new thread!
Debra.

Hi, I too am waiting for my results, I take the first test on Saturday the 9th of April. I was wondering about how anyone else is feeling? This is my second IVF attempt (first unsuccessful) and feel quite different. I woke up last night with pretty bad cramps and a feeling that it wasn't a good sign. My brests are very tender still and still am sooo bloated. Anyone else feeling like I do?

Hi Hugo .. Welcome ...You've found us just in time ! I think the 2ww is the hardest part. The symptoms others have had, and then the result shows that there is just no logic to it. Some have symptoms and are +ve, others don't and are still +ve.

2nd time lucky ..! Lots of PMA !!

Hi Hugo

Welcome - as Sandra says a very good time to join the site, we know how hard the 2ww can be.

Remember any sign could be a good sign - just try and remain positive :!:

Hi and welcome Hugo. The 2ww can be such a difficult time. Analysing every feeling or non-feeling as the case may be. We tend to group together on the board during this time to help pass the fortnight more quickly.

If you like, I'll add you to the April testers thread and we can all follow your news.

Good luck,
Debra

Thanks for the messages of support, we all need it to get through.

Having kept it quiet from friends and family this time round its good to open up especially to those in the same position. This site is a god send!

Hugo - Wait nearly over for you, well done! What symptons you been having? I too have had the cramps, especially in my lower abdomen. Yesterday I started with the sore boobs but I have suffered with those during PMT anyway. Really hungry all the time and tired, usually round 3.00pm in the afternoon.

Debra - I am hopeful you will be joining us tomorrow following a successful ET. Any news on the fertilization yet?

Tracii - Gutten Tag! Very best of luck with your transfer on Sunday. They don't do Sundays at my unit in Liverpool, which is the reason why my cycle was aborted in November last year!

Sand - Where you up to. Are you doing a FET????

Hello to everybody else sorry if I have not commented individually but another symptom has been memory loss!!!!! Will catch up soon.

Best Wishes to all, LOS xxxxxxxx

Thank you to all who responded! I woke up this am with shortness of breath and called my clinic, they asked that I come in right away- they mentioned that I might have fluid on my lungs. I discussed all of my syptoms - shortness of breath, bloating, cramping. I had an exam and found I had a small level of hyperstimulation-my ovary was large, fluid was being released from the ovary and I have to have bedrest for the next couple of days. Anyway, again, I don't know if this is a good sign or bad! I just will have to wait until Saturday. thanks again for all the support
