HI Ladies:
Just wanted to post quicky and let you all know everything went as planned. We have a beautiful baby girl. We named her Jessica. She was a peanut compared to my other daughter weighing in at only 7lbs 12 oz. I know this is a big baby for 39 weeks, she just seems so little to us!
We are currently trying to get used to having a new baby at home. What a wonderful gift.

Hello Paige well done you how marvellous and brilliant to take the time to post I know everyone will have been checking like me to see if you had left any messages. Congratulations Jessica has been a very lucky name for us, my Jess is the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me I hope the same for you incidently when Jess was born my sister in law bought me a picture with name meanings on it, it reads
Jessica
From the Hebrew 'Yiska' meaning God beholds.
A very deep thinking lady. Speaks openly and honestly.
She is loving and giving, will always be true.
A woman to be trusted.
While I'm on the subject another thing I got out from when Jessie was born was this

So quiet down the cobwebs,

Thanks so much for all of your kind words! You know they talk about your hormones crashing after you give birth? It makes you extremely emotional and as I was reading your posts I had tears streaming down my cheeks. I'm definately emotional!
Jessica is doing great. I'll have to post a pic if I can figure out how. We have our days and nights all mixed up right now, which is pretty hard to deal with around 3am, but all in all we feel very blessed. I'm sure the day/night thing will work itself out in the next 2 weeks. I've been reading to try to take the baby outside in the sunshine and that helps them sort it out.
Cate: I loved loved loved that you sent what the name Jessica means. My daughter actaully came up with it so I didn't have time to figure out what the meaning was! All I knew was that it went well with our last name (Jessica Parker).
