Debra

:? A clue - my name doesn't begin with P

Oh, I'm sorry, it's a "pet" name because I'm 5'6" and slim so DH calls me Little P (Little Person!! :? )

It's good to hear you are hyper. It's not an easy time the 2ww so being able to have a sense of humour is a definite plus point.

I hope that you stay positive and that the next week flies by for you.

Little P (Prolific  )

Kerry, definitely not my 1st 2ww, but my 5th. I keep forgetting to add my signature as it takes up so much space  Re. how I feel. Definitely sore boobs, a bit bloated - but who can tell with my eating habits? and today I've had sharp pains and twinges, nothing horrendous but very definite. I was walking around town for a few hours so wondered if it was (all) my embies digging their little hooks in....I hope so!

LittleP - what???? I'm devastated - :o What would your husband call someone shorter than 5'6"? I thought 5'4" was average in the UK? I'd still like to think of you as Petunia if that's OK???

Must go to bed and calm down before DF gets back and wonders why I'm so psyched.

Hi

My test test is 22 april is there anyone else testing on that day? it sometimes hard to tell from the messages who's at what stage.

I can't beleive i didn't look for this site sooner, its a bit addictive though! as it's really helping me stay positive.

my embies went to 5 and 6 cells does anyone know what the average/best is?

I test on the 20th but think there is someone on the 22nd - the April test dates thread has them all. I had a 5-day blastocyst and a 4-day morula transferred, these have upwards of 30 cells but still no guarantee it works. I had the same last time with a +ve result but then sadly it didn't last very long. There's a good website that has pics and descriptions of different cell stages if you're interested: http://www.advancedfertility.com/blastocystimages.htm

Dancola,
Thank you for the link to pix of embryos! It never occurred to me to seek out what my little embies look like right now. It's amazing how quickly they change from day to day.
Great link!

Mrs A....check out the April Test Dates thread...I post a list at least once a day of who is testing when and their results.

hth - there are quite a few of us around the 22 - good company for this next week.

Dancola - thank you for the link - I looked at the blasto and tried to compare to the photo my clinic gave me of my little embi (hopefully little embi now attached to my uterus!). I can't say if the quality of my embi is good or not...but it doesn't matter right now...just waiting for positive result!!

Sounds like everyone is hanging in there - especially with all the hormones running around us. I went in the city today to do some shopping - stayed clear of the maternity stores..(don't want to jinx myself)..and like Debra I was just walking along and boom started crying! Not big wailing tears but just crying...maybe they are tears of joy :D

Tummy is still not great and was really bloated and I feel some sharp pains (but of course this could be caused by all the legumes being consumed!).

Isabel - great news that you can now relax and know the result is 100%.

Tracii. I'm super bloated too. I was lounging on the sofa, finally, and even whilst wearing ugly, elastricated-waisted, comfy trousers, they were still too tight - yikes!

Fingers crossed tonight is a good one for sleep, they're in short supply round here.
