Please don't give up hope - there have been other girls who have had AF and then gone on to a positive result so try and stay strong

My results are in--- it's POSITIVE!!!! but unfortunately my Hcg level's on the low side---it's only 19. The nurse at my clinic said that the lab considers anything over 3 as a positive. So on Friday I have to go back to get my bloodtest done again and see if my level doubles by then. Please keep your fingers crossed for me! I guess I have to be cautiously optimistic as well.

So I don't think I should get a

just yet. I'm afraid it might be a chemical or ectopic pregnancy!!! I'm so scared

Can anyone give me any encouraging news????

Elle, any positive is better than a negative.

Also you and Joy are in exactly the same boat so you've a buddy right here who genuinely understands how you feel about today, about not knowing either way, about waiting and about going back for another test.

I won't change you on the test dates thread as you've asked not to be but I'm hoping that you'll let us know asap on Friday and I can have you safely smiling by Friday pm!

Stay calm and try and remain positive. You need to get plenty of rest and look after yourself. I can't give you any real advice, all I can do is send you loads and loads of PMA and hugs.

Remember there's still hope

Very ironic situation...remember I ovulated early during my first cycle and lost 3 eggs and 2 harvested were 'overripe'...well my german is very bad it turns out...after dinner with a german friend tonight - the 2 harvested eggs which I thought were 'mature' were actually 'fertilized' (naturally)!...they must have been damaged during EC to not be able to develop. (need to ask Doc about this)

My doctor said not to have wookie after the HCG shot...but we had 2 nights before HCG...which I then ovulated naturally and the 2 eggs must have been fertilized. I have totally misunderstood the german word 'befruchtet'!!!

OK - I should be upset...but for me I see this as awesome news - maybe ...just maybe we can actually conceive naturally

Thanks so much for your well wishes. It means a lot to me. I will follow all your advice to keep calm and think positive. As soon as I get my results on Friday wheter good or bad I'll let y'all know.
