Whewwww!!! I've just been relieved of 4 solid days of complete bed rest! Talking about wanting to pull the hair out strand by strand!?! That is tough! I've had a horrible time, bleeding daily and went back to the dr. today. He confirmed that it is exo-tissue which has formed outside the cervix and has no impact on the outcome.
I am also feeling pains, lower back pain and lower abdominal pressure. I have very little energy, especially given I've been bed-ridden for days. Glad to read about everyone and I've missed you all!!

Sandra - thanks for the summary! I have the Zita West book and now always refer to it - but I find the food section difficult on what you should eat...so I just try to eat healthy all the time (although indulge in cupcakes or donuts- my favorite foods - every now and then).
I can't wait to see all the blooming flowers this month!!
Bring on the !!!!
