Hello, I have been careful with what I eat. I know what you mean about feeling unsure about spending even more to try and improve your chances! Ive been having acupuncture, which although I havent been sucessful this time I do feel helps me to relax a little. Mind you that could have more to do with having a regular guilt free moan with someone, than the needles. I do feel like I must be boring my friends/family by now, being completely obsessed with my treatment.
bye bye Annie
Kirsty
I was seeing a Chinese herbalist who swore that what you ate was just as important as any western medicine in trying to get pg.I've also been having reflexology and reiki.

As far as I'm concerned, don't feel guilty. If you feel it helps then that's all what matters and you won't end up feeling "if only i'd tried this that or the other".

Good Luck
Terri
xxxx
I have PCOS and have been told that a low fat/high fibre diet may help me ovulate. Also there is a link between PCOS and diabetes, so alledgedly a low carbohydrate diet may help!!
I have also had acupuncture and very nasty herbal drinks. Anything is worth a try!!
