As you've said to so many before - remember there are no definite signs :!: It is so hard I just wish you could find out immediately and put yourself out of the torture of waiting for 2 weeks. Big hugs and loads of PMA.

Calling the hospital very soon - fingers crossed I get some idea of what happens next :?

Yes - was fine. Got 15 eggs - 9 of which were the right size & got 7 embryos. So that's our first embryo experience. Was very worried this being our 4th attempt but 1st with drugs that there was something wrong with my eggs as they haven't fertilised before - so am relieved that we got some! They have all been frozen at day 1 (one cell) stage. Now have to wait 3 cycles before I can go on with FET. So that will be beginning of August. Have managed to drink buckets of wine since - surely the only benefit of having a gap! Better make the most of it!
I am starting a new health thing today as I want to be pure as the driven snow by August - and that's going take some doing - so thought I'd better start early!
How many did you have thawed & how many to put back - if you don't mind me asking. I just met embryologist last Thursday & discussed how many she thought I ought to have thawed. She said they could start with two & try one later in the pm if they didn't look as though they were okay but that that doesn't leave much time for cells to divide. I don't know - spent too long now looking at websites & have confused myself! Anyway take care watch plenty of trashy tele - I always find I am very easily absorbed by Hell's Kitchen & the like and completely forget everything else. Vicky

hi to everyone, just reading through all the threads trying to catch up on what has happened over the last few days.

LittleP, fab news
Maci, hope you are feeling better
Sandra, how are the hormones & singing

Hope everyone else are all doing ok.

Starting to feel the effects of stimming - feeling bloated and trying to drink as much water as I can which I'm not very good at, running to the loo every half hour.

Been thinking about all you guys over the weekend, you've even gotten me talking to the follicle fairies and endo elves, calling for baby dust and PMA'ing myself especialy after each injection  - I have to have 2 a night and they hurt like hell :!: but all for a good cause :) .

Sending baby dust, follicle fairies, endo elves & ++ thoughts to all of you.

Need to dash gotta penny to spend :!:

Hey Vicky ... That's really good news. You must be well chuffed. Do you mean on the last 3 cycles you got eggs, but they didn't fertilise ?? I wonder how the drugs helped them fertilise this time ? Any ideas ? Seven frosties is a real good number. It's normal to have to wait 3 cycles between medicated cycles. I think your body needs and deserves that rest too.

We had seven frosties too. They thawed two and like you, we were told that further embies could be thawed that day if necessary. One of the frosties didn't make it, but it was too late to thaw another. So, I've just had the one replaced. Slowly going mad, swinging from positve thoughts (and singing to embi) to being sure it hasn't worked. I don't usually get to watch daytime tv. Gosh, it's real tosh. There's not even anything decent on Cable.

Hope your health kick goes to plan. I think white wine is what I miss the most. I'll put a bottle in the fridge next week, so if I'm not celebrating it'll be waiting for me, nice and chilled.

Pauline ... It's good when the bloating starts, 'cos it means that you're cooking nicely. Sorry the jabs hurt. I had 2 a day too on my first cycles, and I know it's not nice. Keep us updated with your progress won't you .. you can't be long off your scan ?

Hi everyone

I'm on day 4 today. Having some twinges but I'm trying not to read too much into it.

Sandra - Did you say you're at St Mary's - me too. Nurses are fab aren't they. Dr Leibermann did my EC on Wednesday and I was so sore.
Met some other ladies on my ET day that had him too on Wednesday, and they were sore too. I think he must have been a bit heavy handed on that day. He is such a lovely man. He calmed me down before I went into theatre.

I had a scan at ET, and on my last 2 FET's. I drink far too much water so I know what you mean about rushing to the loo.

I test on the 23rd. When is yours?

Hi Suz ... Dr L is a busy man - he did my ET last Wed too. He was nice and gentle, so he must have taken it all out on you guys first ! Yes, he was nice and calm, and reassuring ... although I wasn't into the conversation about Blackburn Rovers, while he was poking me with the cathetar !!

I test 20th. At the time I'd calculated it should have been 21st (and that'd fit in with your timescale), but that'd make it a Saturday. Obviously keeping their weekend work down to a minimum !

Don't worry about the coughing ... I've read that from days 1-5 from fertilisation the embi is still dividing. It can't even start to implant until it's reached this stage. So, no harm done I'm sure.

See you over on the May 2ww thread !!

Oh Sand you are sweet you are gone quite potty now this is the May 2ww thread you sweetie!!!!

Glad to hear that you are Ok and that you have at least sat down and tuned into day time TV, it's moindless but can grow on you, the idea is that you drop off to sleep at the same time and ingest it by osmosis!!!

Sounds like it's down to the womb wizard to look after the little dividing embie then

Love and kisses to all 2wwers, reading you every day..can't wait to join you

Hello all! I test on the 18th! The wait is killing me. I wonder if every little thing I feel means I'm pregnant??? I'm sure most of you feel that too. At least I hope I'm not the only one going crazy. :?:

Dear Mill

This thread has got nine pages of people going crazy!!!!

Don't test early! You'll still have to wait either way...

Don't worry about symptoms - they're random and don't mean a thing! That much I know...

Do try to relax as much as you can - easier said than done, yes, but know you have a place where you can vent all you want and nobody will think you're crazy!

Anyone having lots of soreness with the Progesterone shots? I'm sure some are on different protocols. I am currently taking intra-muscular Progesterone shots and I am having a really hard time with the soreness. Any suggestions?

I had the same injections and they were in my bum - I thought I would never sit down again at one stage

DH started using a nice cold compress on the area and it soon cleared up - that's all I can offer :?

BigJ ....

It won't be long now before you're an official member of this crazy club... Hope all goes well for you tomorrow with your scan and can't wait to hear how you've gone on. I'm sure endo will be nice and thick, and coming along just perfectly.

DH thinks i've now officially gone mental, coz am enjoying the 2ww now! I thought about it and when I get my result I'll have a lot more to think about, whether its +ive or -ive, now i just wait thinking I could be pg. When DH said today I wish we knew now I said I didnt coz theres only one way we find out now and that could be anytime I go to the bathroom. He said he'll wait.
I'm miffed off though that I have to test on the 23rd, I should test on the 21st but coz its a saturday they cant do it. I've paid over £4000 for gods sake, surely that covers a saturday test?
I'm back at work tomorrow, everyone thinks I had an upset stomach last week, well it was upset, but not how they think!
Anyway enough of my waffle
Fingers crossed
