Going for a second FET

Having just had a failed FET (in a natural cycle)a couple of weeks ago, have met today with our consultant who advised just to do the same again with the remaining embies that we have frozen. Has anyone else had a FET in a natural cycle, no drugs at all, as from what I'm reading some of you seem to have some sort of assistance following FET other than just mother nature! My consultant feels that a natural cycle is the only way, and didn't offer any different advice other than just trying again exactly as before. Any advice would be much appreciated. x

Hi Nic I am in exactly the same boat as you. Just had a failed FET last week and going for second one next week. They didn't give me any drugs at all and I came on five days early. I am going for a scan on Thursday and will ask the nurses what they think and will let you know. Lol Lissa xx

thanks lissa, it will be interesting to hear what you are told. I wasn't offered a scan, just a chat really about did we want to carry on with another FET. We can start again whenever we feel ready, so will get xmas out of the way, feel normal for a month or two, and then start again early in the new year. Good luck with your appt.
