Post by JM »

Hi have put my first question to the forum on the introduction page and was advised to try here in general forums (thank you).
Burselin - has anyone completed the down regulation before the usual minimum 14 days?

Hi JM - I too replied to you on the Intro Forum this morning. I said I usually injected Buserelin for 11 days before AF started, then continued with the Buserelin and stimming medi. I'm not sure where you've got the 14 day timescale from ..??

Hi

My clinic has a 14 day time scale - well they see you 14 days after starting buserelin. If you ahven;t had AF they ask you to delay the scan. However, I dont have a regular cycle so last time I just went along and was told to continue with the injections for another week. I didnt ever bleed and then started patches for my FET. So, I was downregging for 3 weeks really!

I am starting buserelin again tomorrow.

Hope this sort of helps!
