One thing to remember is that a lot of women have small amounts of endo. So yours might not cause any problems at all if indeed you do have it. I have large amounts of endometrioma, but it hasn't blocked anything or created a lot of scar tissue. However, mine grows really fast. I already had one surgery two years ago and will have another one this summer. It's really a downer...although again it varies so much that some women aren't in a lot of pain like I am. The pain is not a reflection of how much endo tissue actually exists. Weird...they are still learning a lot about this disease. Good luck and I hope their suspiciouns are incorrect

I don't have a tilted uterus or cervix but I did have a very painful transfer. I honestly thought it was the hardest thing during the whole process. I was like you and thought it would be no big deal. Of course it all started with the extremely full bladder. Then when my dr put the speculum in I think it pushes on the bladder which made everything worse. I also felt a lot a back pain when my dr was putting the catheter in. I just stared at the ceiling wishing it would be over soon. If I do IVF again, I surly won't be looking forward to that again.
