June/July Roll Call

Lumi, winter is just starting here. The temperature is about 25C during the day and about 10C at night. The beach I went to is north from here, Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays, it is about 5-10 degrees warmer there.
It was so nice I didn't want to come home. We have an extra long weekend coming up in June, I think I might go back!

Hello...I've just moved over from the introductions thread. My dates are:

15 MAY - Down-regging on Synarel nasal spray
23 MAY - AF arrived!!!
30 MAY - Baseline Scan
1 JUNE - Stims - Menopur
13 JUNE - E/C
15 JUNE - E/T
29 JUNE - Prenancy test!

Little P and Leanne seemed to be my closest cycle buddies at the moment.

Steph ... It must be great to have all your dates planned out in this way - EC/ET/Test date .. so soon !!

At my hospital you just go with the flow and EC is planned around how well/badly you respond to the medi.

I've seen other girls who also have all their dates well in advance. It must be so much easier, if only to plan time off work etc !!

My clinic does the same as Steph's (hi Steph by the way

). They organise an EC date and work backwards. They do it this way because they only get the use of the operating theatres on certain days of the week...I live in a small community. Then they basically adjust the drugs to make sure your body fits in with their timetable...hence this cycle I will be downregging for about 5 weeks. Seems like forever but that's ok. I think I need the wait.

It's amazing how different everyone's treatment is. It seems we all have a different approach, different drugs etc.....yet a shared aim and shared feelings.

Well Hello Everyone!!!

AF has arrived today so will be ringing clinic in morning to arrange a scan for next Friday,then hopefully all systems go for 1st iui!!!

I have a good PMA ,and if it doesnt work hey ho we will try ivf!!
