June/July Roll Call
Hi Everyone,
Can I join the June/July list? I had my follow up appointment on Monday & we will go for 2 back to back FET as soon as my AF starts. Is it normal for it to be late after the first IVF cycle? Mine is about 5 days late (i am not pregnant). Typical, any other time & I would be so excited if AF was late, but I want it to hurry up so I can have my next transfer!!!!!!

FET July - cancelled as embryo did not survive
3rd IVF (stimulated cycle) - no embryos!
4th IVF 02/06 -ve

Yes it's quite normal for AF to be affected, sometimes for quite a while. A delay is nothing to worry about, albeit annoying

Good to have you back and looking so positive as well. My AF was very late after treatment, so don't worry it will soon appear.

Debra - I have just finished reading your horrible story. I am so sorry for you and DH. You sound like such a strong women, who has provided nothing but support, information and friendship to everyone on this site. Please look after yourself & let us support you whenever you need it.

Good luck with your tmt, if you have a look on the boards you will see lots of helpful hints and advice (one being buy the Zita West book - loads and loads of info in there!)
If you have any specific questions then do ask, you always get lots of help on here.

Hi everyone...
I am hoping to join the June/July crowd now...
My overstimulation has now finally subsided and I got my AF... I began downregging on Sunday and am scheduled for ET July 12th!
I have 9 frosties waiting for me, and I feel my spirits are starting to lift, after such a hard couple of weeks.
My Doctor has decided to put me on lupron until for a month then start me on oral estrogen to ready me for transfer... I am sure it is going to be easier this time around, since we aren't doing a stim cycle!

TTC for 3 years naturally-got pg dec 04 M/C at 6 weeks
Went in for EC, got 25! Only 9 fertilized, not bad!
Total freeze due to OHSS :(
4 beautiful thawed embies transferred on the 13th
Test date moved up to the 22nd!

I am on my second FET. How long have you had to wait since OHSS? My doctors insist on 3 months - same for you?

Lumi... I know, I haven't changed my signature! OOPPS! Just did it, no more confusion...lol
My doctor told me that once I got my period after the OHSS I would be back to normal, as long as I didn't develope large cysts. We did an ultrasound, and I only had a few very small cysts, so he allowed me to start right away. Even though I have a long downregging, a whole month, the 16 days of oral estrogen then finally the ET.
He said I was very healthy so I could start up again right away! Thank goodness, all this waiting is killing me!
I am so incredibly nervous about transferring frosties... I am scared they won't be as strong... and what if they don't make it, past thawing... UGH...
I am trying to stay positive... but it seems so hard..
